This constitutes a contract an order for an elopement package as detailed on page two of this agreement. The fee charged covers the items listed in the package detail.
The deposit made at the time of the booking will apply toward the final amount of the package. Upon signature, An Affair to Remember, Byous Photography reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not allow other reservations for that time and date to interfere with the completion of this contract. For this reason, all deposits made to An Affair to Remember, Byous Photography are nonrefundable, even if date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason. An Affair to Remember, Byous Photography will, however, make every effort to help the signing party re-schedule the event at the first available date where all parties can attend. This includes weather related cancellations.
An Affair to Remember, Byous Photography will provide the photography and will have a representative on site for the event to manage all aspects of the event. In the event of unforeseen accidents or illness or circumstances beyond the control of An Affair to Remember, Byous Photography with respect to our staff, liability is limited to refunding of deposits. Signing party allows 90 days for full refund of deposits by An Affair to Remember, Byous Photography.
All Packages Available Monday through Friday after 6 P.M, (5:00 PM during fall & winter) 1 to 1-1/2 hours unless otherwise arranged.

Your Bridal Bouquet: From our in-season selection; Groom's Boutonniere: Gathered from your bouquet. Photography: A selection of seventy-five photos from the ceremony and your beach portrait shoot assembled in a preview album. Dinner for Two : At one of Savannah's great restaurants. Officiant: The judge or minister will meet you to join your lives in your own personal, unique, and romantic ceremony. Coordination: Our wedding planner will take the worry out of your day. Bring your Maid of Honor and Best Man To share in your celebration.
