Find vendors for all needs: Floral design, photography, transportation, music, tours, salons, brides maid’s luncheons. We will help you find suppliers of services needed to make your wedding possible. We know the local area vendors. We know who is wonderful at their craft,
who is honest and who is dependable. We manage vendor contracts, deposits, and we maintain contact throughout the planning months and the wedding weekend. We will assist you in making decisions as needed.
Our goal is to so thoroughly manage all aspects that on the wedding day you simply get dressed and attend the wedding. Leave the details to us. The fee includes complete wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception directing. Tell us your thoughts and ideas about how you want your wedding to look and how you want the weekend to flow. We will offer our services for the weekend of the wedding or event only. During the final week we will contact vendors you have chosen and verify times, etc. We will direct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities.
Wedding Directing Only:
Fee: $850 for directing the rehearsal, ceremony and the initial reception covering the main reception activities. Deposit: $150

We assist you in deciding what theme or atmosphere is wanted for your
wedding and work to turn that idea into reality.
We help you to establish your budget and stay within its guidelines.
Research and book sites for ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners.
Help to choose and fine tune menus with restaurants and caterers.
Set up meetings and coordinate with photographers, videographers, floral designers, cake decorators, party rental companies (for tents, chairs, linens, etc.), carriage rides and tours, DJ's and ceremony musicians as well
as officials to perform the ceremony.
Set up and decorate ceremony sites, reception sites
and/or rehearsal dinner sites.
Help brides locate and set up appointments with salons and spas as needed.
Help with information regarding licensing.
Assist brides and guests in securing needed lodging at local establishments.
We will do site visits and work on group discounts where available.
Here are some of the things we have done for brides
on an "as-needed" basis:
Arranged in-room skin care and make-up specialists for brides
and others in wedding party.
Provided a music consultant to help choose and secure
just the right ceremony music.
Sent a staff member to the local camera center for a
camera battery when the bride's sister's camera went dead.
Arranged an appropriate memorial table for the recently
deceased mother of the bride.
Helped groom find a local tuxedo rental when he came from out of town.
Being certain that there is plenty of last minute needed items the
day of the ceremony such as pins, needles & thread, tissues for tears,
lip gloss, and plenty of cool water.
We consistently offer hugs, care and support for happy, tearful, and exiting moments that accompany this most wonderful day of your life!!

Note: Flower color, bride's choice. Bouquets available are roses only or a mix that we choose. Specific flower request available
at additional cost. Spacial offers on our site are not available with
any other offers or discounts unless specifically noted.
*A non-refundable deposit is required to book date, balance due two weeks prior to event. If ceremony is postponed due to emergency we will happily transfer your deposit to any open date on our calendar.

Transportation and accommodations not included unless specified. In case of inclement weather an alternate location will be substituted based on availability. Pricing does not include rental of Savannah’s Squares from the City of Savannah. Therefore, use of a particular square depends entirely upon its availability at the time of your ceremony. For weekend weddings, we highly recommend renting the square. The cost is $200 for the square and $80 for mandatory Police Security and an additional $25 fee for handling the paperwork.

Custom Images Not Included
Additional information on digital photography, at the site you can create coffee table style albums, more traditional albums, photo wedding announcements, photo “thank you” and
greeting cards, and DVD’s.
The site also offers Gift Certificates your loved ones can purchase for you to help with your wedding
photo albums, etc.
Images are initially posted for three months allowing
time to budget purchases.
The site can be re-activated at your request.
