Oldfield's page says, "Due to its exclusive status as a private community, Oldfield hosts a limited number of weddings each year." It names the River Club as its venue and doesn't say whether you need a member to host. So call 843-645-4600 before you get your heart set on it. The address is 130 Oldfield Way, Okatie, SC 29909. Here is what it looks like in my photographs.
Montage Palmetto Bluff
From the Montage wedding page. It is a 20,000 acre community between Hilton Head and Savannah. I am an official preferred vendor there and have shot about 10 weddings on the property, so I am not neutral on this one.

Bluffton is in Beaufort County, and the steps and fees are here, including the 24 hour waiting period. Oldfield has an Okatie address near the county line, so confirm the county with the court.

If your reception has alcohol and your guests are staying somewhere else, I would strongly consider organized transportation.
